数ヶ月前から準備を初めて、まず図書館関係者の参加を募っていましたが、
いよいよ一般受付開始です！ 今は図書館を利用していない人も、
近くの図書館に多読用の本やCDを置いてもらうためにぜひ参加を！！

先日Facebookで意見を寄せてくれたかつての教え子今は牧師が聖書の例を
送ってくれました。
旧約聖書、サムエル記上６章８節。イスラエルから主の契約の箱（アーク）を奪ったペリシテ人が、そのために起こる災いに耐えかねて、イスラエルに箱を返そうとする場面の一節の終わりに let it go が出てきます。
New King James Versionですと・・・・
“Then take the ark of the Lord and set it on the cart; and put the articles of gold which you are returning to Him as a trespass offering in a chest by its side. Then send it away, and let it go.ちなみに、旧い King James Versionですと・・・・
And take the ark of the Lord, and lay it upon the crt; and put the jewels of gold, which ye return him for a trespass offering, in a coffer by the side thereof; and send it away, that it may go. となってます。
読みにくいと思うので、読まなくていいです。半分わたし自身のメモとして紹介。
