木曜多読講座（英語）「話す・各中心クラス」のBさんが Desperate Housewives にはまりました！
最初の報告は始めて2週間後の4月24日でしたが、それから2週間後の5月8日の報告ではそのまま観つづけているとのこと。
驚くのはBさんの感想では「10%もわからない」と言っていること！

I’m really into American TV drama, “Desperate Housewives”, since starting to watch without subtitles on iPad two weeks ago.
Actually I’m not good with machine.
Although I got iPad 6 months ago, I seldom used it.
But recently I have got information about one application, Hulu.
If you registered for it, you can watch movies and dramas as much as you like for 1000 yen per month.
Now I enjoy his application very much.By the way, this drama’s story is about the residents of Wisteria Lane.
They are pretty wealthy people.
Each of them has a secret, problems and a lot of things happen in their daily lives.
Mainly 4 housewives appear in this drama.
Susan who has been divorced is an illustrator for children’s books.
She is falling in love with Mike who is a newcomer, a plumber and also has a lot of secrets.
Gabriel who used to be the top fashion model has been married to a rich man.
She had an affair with a young boy but it was over.
Her husband was arrested and is out on bail now.
Linnet who used to be a carrier woman has 4 children and is always exhausted from raising children.
Brie is good at cooking, gardening, house chores.
Keeping the house neat and tidy is her greatest joy.
But her husband who is a doctor gets tired of such perfectionist.
They go to a marriage counselor.The first scene of this drama is that Mary shot herself to death.
After her death, Mary acts a narrator of this drama.
Why did Mary commit suicide?
Why did her husband kill Martha Hoover?
What is the pharmacist going to do?
I can’t resist my curiosity.
It is a mystery, a romance and a comedy.
At the same time, I can also learn American life styles and enjoy American housewives stylish clothes through the characters.
Although I can catch only less than 10% of English conversation, I can’t wait to watch the next episode.
