It was a nice story, I enjoyed reading! :)
When reading it was very difficult because I had to say the words very slowing and say it into a full sentence. Even though we couldn’t use the dictionary. I would like to practice more on my reading of Japanese. Overall I liked the book.

For those of you who have never had a course or any other formal training in Japanese, expect to read with a hiragana/katakana chart on hand and a dictionary. Yes, I know the books instruct everyone to avoid using a dictionary. Still, if you don't know much, you will have to use a romaji search dictionary for at least the first few books. The word repetition in each book helps with new vocabulary retention. AVOID using dictionaries as crutches once you grasp basic vocabulary. I thoroughly enjoyed the books. Thank you for providing a truly helpful tool.
